SA 2001

I arrived at the airport close to 1. After getting my boarding pass, I went and waited to board the plane. We boarded at around 1:30pm SK time. I found my seat and soon I was off. For some strange reason, I knew Mom would cry, but I was totally fine. It is now 3:02 SK time and the flight is 2 hours long, so I'll arrive at 4 SK time, 5 Mnpls time and then I go through Immigration and Customs. I arrive in Pittsburgh at 9:36pm. As I look out the window, I can see white puffy clouds hanging in the sky at, I believe, we are 33,000 FT, and as the air blows down on me from above, I begin to know where I belong. Big puffy white clouds fill the sky and I saw a Care Bear. Grumpy Bear to be exact. Now I can see farms and lots of green. Everyone is asleep as we have a (turbulence) half hour left. It's now 3:23pm. I hope I arrive safely. We flew over Regina and Minot before reaching Minneapolis. From Mnpls, the plane went to Des Moines, I believe. We seen to be descending now.

I arrived in Minneapolis fine. Alive and well, and am now aboard the plane. Seat 18-A whereas I was seat 18-F last time. Feeling kind of nauseous, but I'll be fine. 6:18 Mnpls time. Flight 1060 to Pittsburgh. I'm sitting by the wing again except on the opposite side. The flight is fuller than the last one from S'toon to Mnpls. I hope my luggage doesn't get lost and arrives with me. I don't want to lose my flute or anything. Sports Illustrated. YES! We are getting ready for take-off to Pittsburgh. Here we go. Flight left on time at 6:34pm.

I managed to make it through Customs and Immigration and even got my B-1 Permit. Lucky me. We just took off, and Minneapolis is getting smaller and smaller. Still cruising. I'm not sure what the altitude was for this flight. Approaching Care Bear Land. Puffy white clouds. 6:53 and still no Care Bears. ROTFLMAO!!!

7:27 and we just finished flying over Lake Michigan, I believe. It's not a long flight. Already the sun is beginning to set behind us. Very pretty, I might add. Uh oh, turbulence. I believe we're flying over Grand Rapids, but I'm not sure. We are arriving early though.

My seats on both planes #1842 to Minneapolis, and #1060 to Pittsburgh, I was sitting by the window and by the wing. Pretty cool.

I wish I could fly more often. I could get used to airlines. There's a guy sitting behind me in 19-A. Yellow hat with some phunky symbol on it. 7:38pm.

Cities look so cool. Especially when they're lit up. I really have to fly more often. Slight turbulence.

1:05am in Philippi WV. My flights went great. I'm staying at Don and Cecile's house.
