I can't wait to read about your trip to Capri. I am planning a day trip from Rome to Capri in October and can use some tips! Sounds like you had a good time so far - I can't wait to get there myself!

My wife and I have been to Italy 5 times and it is my favourite country. It's got it all, weather, history, natural beauty, food, wine, beautiful people etc. Just a note though when you want to go to Capri and visit the Blue Grotto, make sure A. that the ferry is stopping to allow you to get on the smaller boats to actually go into the grotto and B. that the tides are not so high that you cannot go into the grotto at that time. Make sure while there that you visit Revello, the most beautiful town on the Amalfi Coast and for that matter, anywhere in the world.
