Driving Trip

19 of July 2006, it was a sunny day, we took flight AC 15 from Hong Kong to Vancouver, then connect a flight to Toronto. It was a 18 hours flight. After we unload our stuff, we went back to the airport and pick up the other 2 person to join our trip. Our 2 weeks trip finally start.

On the 20, we went to Downtown Toronot and try to go into CN Tower, but all the tickets were sold out. So booked a table to friday night dinner. They were pretty booked up we just got the 8:30 pm table

On the 21, we went to wonderland. It was a big park with lots of ride.  They had roller coaster, jumping up and down ride, and they had a swimming park as well. we stayed in the swimming park for the longest. At night we went back down to CN Tower and had our dinner and tour around the Tower.

On the 22 we went to Niagara Falls. It was a beautiful day there and we took the maid of the mist but didnt go to the jounrey behide the falls.  We planned to go cherry picking, but it passed the season already, so all the kids were pretty disapppointed with that. We also shopped at the outlet, but not much to see there as well. we went head back to the city at 6.

Going to Ottawa is our goal for today. It was pretty smooth to go up we arrived at 3 and went for a bowl of pho noddles right away. It was as good as before.  Then we went to Parliament Hill but all the tour were finished, so we went for a walk on sparks street.  We went to Chinatown for dinner that night. It was ok.

We went to the Royal Canadian Mints tour in the morning. It was a pretty good tour could see them how to produece the coins. Too bad most of the worker were on vacation so i guess better check the time before you go. In the afternoon we went back to Parliament Hill for our tour.  Tonight we had Japaness food in Downtown. 

Today we are hitting down to Edmundston NB. On our way we went into Quebec City for a look. It was too rush so can't really see anything. By the time we arrive in Edmundston it was 10pm, becoz i totally forgot about the time change. I felt so bad when we arrive in our bed and breakfast.  Becoz that lady stayed up and waited for us.
