Istanbul to Antalya by car and ferry

DAY 1 , 15:00

Arrive to Istanbul , Turkey by plane and continue to hotel by transport supplied by the hotel . Book in and drink a good cup of local tea . (chey)

18:00 Go for a walk towards Taksim Square and found the beginning of "Istikal Caddesi".

Turkey is wonderfull,we want to try Antalya and Marmaris this time,
this place has more historical site than any country in the World,22 major Empires made Asia Minor home,hot hot hot,
love this place,Today Show with Matt Laoure in Istanbul was a good show if you want some ideas about Turkey.

I will be leaving for Antalya on 10/16th. What is the appropriate dress while touring? Is a sleeveless shirt ok? (not tank or cami.) I know long pants and skirts. Any thing I should look for in particular in terms of gifts from this region? Thank you, shopping queen

wear anything you like..its hot in summer time..so sleeveless shirt is perfect though you need to have a light jacket for nights just incase..

i flew to Istanbul stayed 7 days then flew to Antalya for 4 days at the most beautiful hotel Balem overlooking the ocean then we took the bus back to istanbul it was long but nice people and villages it was worth every penny
