From Faro to Casablanca

We have looked at a variety of ways to use a Star Allaince round world ticket from NY to Casablanca.  Going to Portugal and finding our own connection to Morocco seemed an easy plan, but only allowing two days might have been a mistake.  It looks easy on a map, but overland to Seville is a five hour bus trip.  There are flights from Malaga to Casablanca.
