Based on a map from www.Utah.com titled "Canyon Country National Parks Map & Guide" I have put together a driving trip from Las Vegas traveling driving north through Red Rock Canyon, Valley of the Fire State Park, Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon national Park, Capital Reef National Park, Arches National Park, Moab, Utah, Page Arizona, Glen Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and then finishing up the trip by driving around the South rim of the Grand Canyon over Hover Dam.

Pre-Trip
Welcome to My Canyon County National Parks Trip Journal.
I started to plan for this trip after I realized I have seen more outside of the U.S. then inside, so I picked the Grand Canyon to visit next. I started 3 months before the trip since I wanted to optimize my experience and had specific things I wanted to see. But in the planning stage I also became overwhelmed with all of the neat and wonderful geographic features of Canyon Country.
We will be flying out of our home airport in Columbus Ohio and renting a SUV in Las Vegas. Then we will travelling around different National Parks and Canyons in the area. The last day we will wrap the trip up with a night in Vegas. Then fly home via New Orleans, where I work.
