Day 1
After dropping our bags at the hotel we hopped the bus to Espana. Then next was lunch at Jardris de Miramar overlooking the city. Then we took the Trans Bordudor Aeu to La Barceloneta and Port Olimpic. There we walked on the beach.

I absolutely adore this city! It's sassy, smart and so, so Spanish! To me, it's like the perfect combination of the in-your-face NYC attitude and the elegance of Paris. There's so much to do and see ... it's really worth a visit!

The trip was great. Exploring Barcelona was very interesting. We stayed in Vildecans 20k outside of Barcelona. The public transportation was excellent we got a ATM card (Autoritat del Transport Metropolita) for ten trips and also the 5 day Barcelona Card. Both cards allow travel on the bus, the metro and the renfo.
