We got a chance to enjoy some colours, some chill, some laughter and a lot of 'privacy' in our Tulip Festival trip!

Can anyone suggest whether there can be a better way to organize this trip?

Locate each venue on a map and check the hours of operation for each. Make sure you go on days and at times they're open. Then schedule the events so you take a route from one to the next that requires the least amount of travel. This is so you don't spend time and money going back and forth, but rather logically from one place to the next, when they are open and spend the amount of time required before going on to the next site.
