Journal: The best thing I saw to day was the museum of science and Industry.
The Museum Of Science And Industry was phenomenal. It is one of the country's finest centers for informal science and technology education. My favorite exhibit was The Hurricane on the Bayou. The picture was as if it was an HD TV. At some points of the movie, I jumped out of my seat because it was so loud. It was like you are in the water. In addition, the screen it is about as tall as if we stacked seven other houses on top of ours. You have to lean back in your seat the screen is so big. The movie Hurricane on the bayou is about a storm before hurricane Katrina and the damage it did to the people and the animals.
Research: Hurricane on the Bayou is all about hurricane Katrina; before it hit during the storm and afterwards. Unfolding how it affected its environment, people, and animals. The film travels with a group of four musicians as they explore the culture of New Orleans. See the beautiful, alligator-filled bayous on airboats, hear personal stories of Hurricane Katrina, and learn about the rapidly disappearing wetlands that are New Orleans' first line of defense against deadly storms.
After the museum of science and industry, the time was about two pm., Therefore we went to Applebee's Grill & Bar, which was about 207.0 miles (3 hours 8 minutes). Around five we went to Abraham Lincoln Hotel, Springfield. Renaissance Springfield Hotel Distance: 7.3 miles Approximate Travel Time: 14 minutes.
