This Trip is actualy My brother and I heading home. Moving back to upstate New York. After Years of being on the west coast. Jim is a retired Marine...And I am a salesman. We figure its time to get out of the west coast Rat Race. 4822 miles. Not counting milage added touring different locations. Will probably be 6000 miles or more total by time we hit Scottsburg

Counting Down
We are at 60 and counting. The new house is closed. And we are just trying to finish our bussiness here. Need a few more paychecks Before we quit. Strugling a bit with the decision to go. But know it is the best move. The trip will be awesome. What better way to spend 18 days than traveling this great country with my brother. We will both be able to relax a bit once we are in New York. And it will be good to be closer to Dad and David for awhile. We have both been gone to long. Will be good to get out of the West Coast Rat Race.

Am wondering about the run from Pikes Peak to Fort Worth. What would be a good break point to stop at? Or will we get strong and motor through the whole 726 Miles??? It would save us a day if we did. And I don't think it is unobtainable on the RoadKing

It is not an unobtainable leg to do we will have to see how we fit on the bikes and how we feel after a few days of riding, also we will need to estiamte the arrival to let Dar know...
