I have been to Europe three times now. I really think you're going to love it. It's a whole different world. You may want to consider going to some International Yahoo's and going into their chat rooms.

Like France Chat or German Chat. I don't know if you speak any other languages, but you can download a translation wizard from Yahoo Widgets.

Most will be happy to chat with you in English. You may even make a friend or two in the countries you'll be visiting. I wish I thought of this idea on my previous trips to Europe.

Thank you for the tip on the chats, I will have to try that out. I speak Spanish fairly fluently, unfortunately that will not help me too much, and it gets in the way of learning other languages, but I plan on learning a few phrases before I leave.

And I welcome anyone to use my research for a fun adventure, but being that I have never been there, it is like flying blind. Good Luck!
