Summer Vacations

Earlier in the year around January we started planning a road trip for this summer’s vacation. The thought was to go to Yosemite National Park, San Francisco, the Monterey Bay Aquarium, and maybe Napa Valley and a winery. It ended up that was too much so we took Napa Valley off the trip. So that was the plan, we checked all of Yahoo! travel for insight into where to stay and what to see and do. I attached all of those items i liked onto my Yahoo trip schedule. So the fun part begins...planning. I leave for Italy in 2 weeks and I am super excited, it will be my first time there. When I come home, I want to really get to planning this backpacking trip for next summer. I really want to see as much of Europe as possible, as I am off to grad school in the fall of 2010. I graduate in December of this year, and my best friend graduates in May so we hittin the road!! If anyone has any suggestions as to where we should start, I'd appreciate any input.
