OK. First time there and wow! The margaritas were filled with sour mix, not sure if any alcohol was in there. Then we tried a Chardonnay, woops, should not have done that... Then we ordered Ketel One and Cranberry, the first two were delicious. Then the next two came and yet again, saturated with Cranberry juice. Then we ordered an Aviator beer. The wings were good. Then the ROACH appears. I tried to do a favor by killing it and hiding it in my napkin ( I have worked FnB). I thought this would be appreciated by the manager, I was so wrong! The bill came and everything we ordered was on there. The wine we did not drink, all of the food, which we could not finish due to the visitor, and the full beer we could not stand to drink. We expressed concern to our server so the manager took off the potato skins. We then had to ask our server to please go find the manager... He came and acted as if roaches on the table are just a part of inside dinning at WILD WINGS!! Give me a break! Every restaurant, in every city, knows the ROACH RULE. After some deliberation he decides to comp us the food, still had to pay for the beer on the table we did not drink, the two crappy margaritas, the wine that sucked, and the beer we did not drink. I am from Charleston where the Wild Wings are the best! My advice.... save yourself the potential infections and go to Charleston for WILD WINGS!!! It is worth the trip. We stopped going to Brier Creek for crappy food and it looks like that is just how this group does business.
