Hector's Mexican Restaurant, Schofield

Just returned from Hector s. My God! I was horrible! I know good Mexican food and tolerate almost all of it. That being said, this stuff was bad. If you call yourself a Mexican restaurant and you are microwaving tortillas (and then forgetting to serve them.... I didn t complain after seeing them being prepared ), you should be ashamed of yourself. Service was extremely slow. THat was too bad... it gave me time to look at a variety of dishes being served, and nothing really looked good, not even the chips or beans. If you find yourself thinking of visiting Hector s.... Don t. YOu would be better off finding a crappy fast food joint. It would be on the same culinary level, but for a lot less money. Sorry Hector, but your place blows! Do I have to give them one star?
