Nation's Giant Hamburgers & Great Pies, Citrus Heights

Very disappointed. Today 5/30/2012 we went to Nations I ordered a hamburger,fries and drink. After receiving my burger I notice there was a strand of hair on my burger. I took it back to the counter and the young lady said she would have the cook fix me another. I waited 30 mins. and no burger. All the customers that arrive after us ordered and received their food. I went back to the counter and requested to speak to the manager and asked for a refund. ALL PERSONS COOKING OR PREPARING FOOD SHOULD WEAR HAIR NETS AND GLOVES. We have visited Nations many times before mostly in Vacaville. We were never disappointed this incident today at the Citrus Heights location was competely avoidable. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
