Benedetto Restaurant, Boynton Beach

The restaurant is currently violating state and federal trademark laws. They have been sent cease and desist requests and continue to use the Benedetto mark owned by Benedettos land o lakes. The web adress is in clear violation, there signage, their menu, their advertising. How can a business in the same state, with the same cuisine , same spelling and almost identical web adress continue to be allowed to infringe on a established 12 year business that has millions of dollars establishing their well know name Benedettos. Pretty bad they couldn t think of there on name. I. Rated four star because we don t know about the food but trademark violations is bad enough
