The food was not hot, even though it was all on a steam table. The plates, which are plastic, just like the ones one might have at a picnic, are small. The food was very, very bland. It is Chinese food that no self-respecting Chinese person would tolerate. The selection is mediocre. The server was not particularly attentive; not quite rude, but approaching rudeness. This might sound petty, but the napkins are chintzy. Diners need robust napkins. At this restaurant, one has to ask---repeatedly---for napkins, because what they ve got simply melt away. Chintzy, chintzy, chintzy. I ll never go back, not because of the server, but because when I want Chinese food, then I want Chinese food, not something dumped out of a can onto a steam table. On a scale of 1-21, 11 being average, this restaurant scores a generous 5. In the words of my Chinese ex-girlfriend, who is a terrific cook, they don t make food for you round eyes . Ain t that the truth!
