Pro Tech Restaurant Rude Rude Rude! We were disappointed w/ their service. We felt like they are over charge if compare with other companies, so we ask the technician who came that day for discount. Not only no discount, but also he cut some of the fire generator off without say anything. We are still shock from what happen and don’t know what going on until we called back to their main office. The answer was we refuse to pay. It is the saddest day in my life. So, if anybody wants to use them, please make sure don’t ask for discount. And GOOD LUCK.
