Rating would be a MINUS. I recently witnessed frozen/thawing chicken parts sitting on a tray hanging over a large trash can. The owner said they were letting the chicken thaw. I tried to explain that you do not thaw chicken out in the open in a 100 degree room. They did not understand. The whole restaurant/kitchen had to be 90-100 degrees. The back door was open, letting out any cold air, and letting in bugs through the screen door. The owner said that no bugs could get in! Not true, this is Florida. The owner of the building will not fix the a/c unit to keep the food at proper temperatures. There were no gloves being used, raw chicken just picked up and thrown into the wok. Another Chinese restaurant bites the dust on my list of Chinese restaurants safe to eat at. Just found the last one I dumped on the unsafe list.
