Carlos Armenta opened this restaurant after he was screwed over from the sonoras mexican restaurant owner which ran the now closed (LULZ!!) Sonoras restaurant. Carlos has fanfare in Bath NY and is a likable and hard working manager. Now to his Restaurant. The staff is well trained and gets your food out quickly, the food quality is a standard ahead of Sonoras, my one complaint the chips and salsa. I made the salsa at Sonoras restaurant and cans say they need lessons in how to make chunky truly edible salsa, other than that, the prices are decent, Ive had numerous meals there and its consistent in their taste and presentation. Good quality ingredients but a little on the salty side at times, other than that its an average decent dining experience stays true to mexican authenticity.
