I ate at Huhot last Wednesday with family and friends celebrating a special event and we ALL LOVED IT! The variety of choices of veggies and meat was varied, fresh and fun. The were so many different sauces (all being delicious and tempting) it was hard to narrow the choices down to an amount for one meal! I am going back soon with a friend to share such a unique, fun, great way to dine out!
Everyone in our group was happy and satisfied with the food, service, cooking, atmosphere and cost!
We went the first week it opened and it was awesome. Delicious food, great service, fun watching the 5-6 chefs working together to prepare our meal. We went back this past week (February 2011), as a special treat, with some friends, and we were somewhat disappointed. There were only two chefs working, who mostly didn't work together, and the one chef looked like she'd rather be anywhere else on the planet. The server was still great and the ingredients were still fresh and tasty looking, but the female chef who prepared my food undercooked the seafood, to the point I was not sure it was safe to eat. We had planned to return again this week, but opted to go somewhere else instead.
went to this restuarant 2 times was great the first time the 2nd time was on dec 28th 2010 went to go up to get chicken scallops and calamari for them to cook. Go up get it cooked (so I thought) went back to sit down looked at plate and the chicken was completely raw still pink. Told our waitress she went back to ask manager and he said it was the lighting and the sauce that makes it look like that. So I asked to talk to the manager he denied saying that and said that he didnt know what was going on. Plainly the chicken was raw there is no pink sauce whatsoever at this restaurant and the lighting is just fine. Needless to say I will never be back to this restuarant ever again for fear that I will get sick from not cooked chicken.
