Table Restaurant Creekside, Sarasota

We just came back from having dinner at Table. If you eat at no other restaurant this year, make this the place. The decor is minimal, less being more in the classy feel to the place. The food was what every chef aspires to. The staff are attentive and well trained. Get a small table in the walk way so you may enjoy the food parade as the food goes by. The Salmon Ceviche was the best I have ever had. Being I am the former Executive Chef of a very good place in Seattle Washington where Salmon is King (pardon the pun) my statement is not frivolous. The Beef Short Rib was a work of art and the Apple Tres Leche desert was served in a martini glass but don't let the size fool you, it is so rich my wife and I split one and it was more than enough.
