I watched many long, hard hours go into the building at Stephens City and no one really knows how very hard the owner worked to bring a new restaurant into town and how hard he strived to please everyone and how much of a sacrifice he made to open the business. I am so sorry to hear about any negative experience you may have had, and if it is a deep, personal experience it really shouldn't be posted. It really isn't the right thing to do, to try and put a small business owner out of town due to a personal issue you faced as an employee because of your anger.
Food was made fresh and some things are based on your taste, to your liking and what you prefer. There are good days and not so good days for any new restaurant, some work out and
others do not. These guys tried hard and I give them credit for all of their hard work, countless hours and time put into it! Opening a restaurant in today's economy is a risk for anyone and you all tried your best! The cheese dip is very good, made with real cheese...and I say very good not only because I like it, but so many others do as well!! The salsa went through some changes but it is and has been a homemade recipe for quite some time. Great job for all of the hard work starting a Tippy's Taco House in the Winchester area!
