Cru restaurant is 100% vegan, raw and gluten free. We are nestled centrally within the east side Los Angeles arts community, which is quickly becoming a destination for vegans, raw food enthusiasts, and uncompromising epicures, alike. Using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients, we fuse old school culinary rigor with living foods, and gluten free principles; creating singular, elegant vegan cuisine. All dishes and desserts are prepared in house to ensure quality, continuity and cohesion. We always have a list of daily specials that include appetizers, salads, entrees and desserts, so be sure to ask your server or check the blackboard.
