My husband and I love this place! It s a little ways away from our home but every time we ve gone there, our experience has always been great. I like to order the Fettuccine Alfredo with shrimp and broccoli and it has always been amazing! The garlic bread that they serve with there pastas are great too. My husband will usually order the same thing as me, and we ve also had their pizza too, everything was great. Very nice place to go to dinner at, I have no complaints!
I was really pleased when Bravo Pizza moved in to the vacant store. At first the pizza and subs were great. However, the food has steadily gone downhill. The last two times we ve ordered there they got the order wrong and it took an 1 hour to correct and it was cold when it arrived. This past Friday we ordered a Mini pak - large pizza with pepperoni and mushroom plus 20 wings medium. Both were overdone to say the least and the wings did not have any sauce on them and were too crispy to eat. I will not order from them again even though we have been a customer since they opened.
THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST RESTAURANT IN WESTERN NEW YORK. I have never had a worse dining experience in my entire life, and I have had better food from a bowling alley..I have lived in Western New York for four years and have tried to try as many new places as I could. This restaurant is by far the worst. I noticed an ad in the paper a few months ago for $8 for a $15 coupon for dine in here so I figured I would buy it and try this place out. When I get there, the original server doesn't know what to do about the coupon and doesn't even sit me down. Then when I begin to order the completely rude owner of the restaurant tells my friend and me that the coupon can only be used for pasta. This makes absolutely no sense. So whatever, I figured I didn't pay much for the coupon so we just ordered pasta. The sauce on the pasta was already curdling. The fat had started to separate and the sauce wasn't even. They did not have any parmesean cheese for me to put on it either. They had used fettuccine that was cut into small pieces and tasted worse than barilla. The pasta was overcooked and was just basically mush in my mouth. My friend's dish wasn't much different. I couldn't take it so I figured I would bring the rest home for my roommate who will eat anything. When I asked for a box the owner said she wouldn't give it to me because I used a coupon. Within 20 minutes of eating here I had to rush home to go to the bathroom. In all this is literally the worst place I have ever been to. Everything from the ambiance, to the service, to the location, to the menu, to the food, is just straight horrid. The pizza looked like cardboard and the place was filthy on top of that. There was fake brick on one of the walls and the other walls were painted different colors. THIS PLACE IS UTTERLY PATHETIC. It is almost humorous to believe how bad it is. I don't understand how places like this stay open...I'm upset that I have to put at least one star on this review. DO NOT EVER GO TO BRAVO PIZZA.
