This was my first time at Rio Sabinas. Another couple took us to eat here and we were both very pleased. First we started off with some Margaritas - boy were they tasty! The chips and salsa were good, not spicy, but the green salsa was much better than the red. I liked the fact that they actually served two kinds, which is what restaurants actually do in New Mexico (where I lived for 7yrs). We then split the carne asada steak, which was 12 oz, and came with tortillas, rice, beans, guacamole, queso, and we had them add on the extra bacon, onions, and peppers. It was sooooo good. The steak was cooked correctly, all of the flavors blended nicely, presentation was pretty, and the food just tasted good. Our waitress was awesome - she was the best I'd had in months. Restrooms were clean, atmosphere was casual but upbeat. Prices were average for the Bozeman/Belgrade area. I am definitely going back soon, and so should you.
