Don't miss this!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/20/08
My family and I rode with Bob and Sarge on our vacation to Amelia Island. We were picked up at the Hampton Inn and since we had never been on a carriage ride before we really didn't know what to expect. Bob was very personable and his knowledge of the area was amazing, but the way he shared the history made you feel like you had met the famlies from the past! Sarge, his partner, is a well trained very friendly beautiful black horse (my daughter wants to name our new puppy after him). This is a DO NOT MISS if you go to Fernandina, Fl. Ask for this wonderful pair and go on a tour!!!

Boomer and Cindy
By Cas, 02/16/08
Cindy, our driver, picked us up at 6 PM, right on time, in front of our Bed and Breakfast on Amelia Island. Boomer, the HUGE Danish Horse was beautiful, gentle and very well cared for. Cindy, was very informative telling us the history of Amelia Island, along with interesting facts about the houses and people. Boomer, the horse seemed to have friends all over town with lots of people waving to him as he pulled us along on the tour. This was a private carriage ride where we snuggled under blankets provided by Cindy on a very chilly evening in mid February. Great tour of the city and our first carriage ride ever.

Ride with Boomer!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/10/06
My family visited Fernandina for the first time and fell in love with the island. Boomer the horse, was one of the 1st "locals" that we met. We finished our carriage ride with a new appreciation for the history, tales of pirates, and the wonderful victorian houses. We will look for Boomer and his friend Cindy on our next visit.
