This is not about the aquarium. We went to the Burnt Island Living Lighthouse tour. You can get there on the Balmy Cruise Line. It was great. There were people acting as the keeper and his family in the 1950s. The kids were great. The lighthouse keeper started out "in character" then we started asking him questions and taking pics and he broke character and the real history lesson began. It was a great way to spend the day. The buildings have been beautifully restored. Now the lighthouses are all automated and run by computers, so it was great to see how it all started. Loved it!!!
