Sweet, and a deal!

Friendly -- the pro Gary is so nice -- it is as if all the bureaucracy of a "big" course is shed at the gate, and the purpose of just having fun comes to the fore (ok, bad pun, sorry). This is a lovely little course -- I understand it is the oldest in the state dating from 1897. It is surrounded by mountains so the views are never ending. And it is trickier than it looks. A short course, it is nonetheless a regulation 9 by virture of its age. What I thought was going to be a "too easy" round turned out to be my mistake. This course has tricky greens the size of postagestamps. I was humbled and my wife (who is not a great golfer but likes to hit a ball) enjoyed every minute of it. For less that $50 for 2 of us, with a cart, to go around twice (18 holes), you cant beat this for a deal
