I used to drive 40 minutes to get here in the summer--now I work around the corner! The ice cream is the best, creamiest and with the most "mix-ins" of any other ice cream place. Plus, there are enough flavors with a great variety of options. I have to have soemthing chocolate and something nuts --and they have many flavors that meet that criteria, wehreas lots of other places don't. It isn't cheap, but the portions are so huge that a small cone has aboout a pint of ice crea! I usually order a kiddie size--and it is still 2 scoops--plenty!
The food is very good, fries excellent, lobster rolls are better than in Maine. I don't advise eating inside--too dank. But the outside tabels are perfect for almost every day. I can't say enough!
I bought an ice cream sunday four different times at Kimbals farm. The sign said the price for a sunday was $4.75. The first time I bought a sunday the price was $4.75.The second time the price was $4.90 and when I asked why , the person said It was for the cream and nuts. The third and fourth time she charged me $ 11.00 and when I asked why she said It was for the strawberries. She said they used fresh strawberries. I asked why It was not listed on the ice cream and sunday list. Every time we buy a sunday the price Is always different.I have to say the food Is very good and they give you plenty. They should have handicap parking and they should have arrows when entering and arrows when leaving.
