Stay away from this store!!

I am still a little shocked by the degree of rudeness and the complete unwillingness to resolve a problem with a defective (but expensive) product I purchased from Tactics. Their website mission statement ("We promise you'll be stoked....committed to giving you the best service and buying experience possible.") is absolutely false. They were very quick--with a surprising level of hostility--to blame me for causing the condition of the product. Really? After three days of normal use? I talked with four different people in the store, and unfortunately got the same response. I will never go back.
