This is the place to be if you need anything for your fish pond. I am a regular customer since spring 2008. Very nice and helpfull associates that have all the right answers for your questions. Highly recommended store!!! A++++++

I found the staff very helpful and the selection was good. I think you can get some of the regular items a bit less expensive in walmart but if your looking to do it right and get the right stuff and get the right advice, I think this is the place to go. The other pet stores have high school and college kids working there. These guys knew what they were talking about.

I recently found Something Fishy after reading about the company in RI Monthly. I went into the store looking for advice on my reef tank. I spent over an hour with a staff member who was more than willing to help me and answer all my questions. The store was the cleanest of anywhere I have been in New England and their fish & coral selection is very good. The prices are competitive with some that might be marginally higher, but the quality & health was evident. When I was there I learned that one reason this store has so much knowledge is that every employee has a history of servicing 100's of aquariums per month in their maintenance division. Their portfolio of aquarium and pond projects is amazing and I will cetianly be using Something Fishy to design and engineer my next reef project. Keep up the good work!

I went to thi store in search of some lps corals. Although the staff was helpful they sure didn't know much about keeping these animials, they were too busy talking about a customer who just left the store. Three different sales people helped me and I got three different answers as to some basic reqirements for the coral. I left perplexed, did some research, and found that nothing they told me was correct. I went to another pet store and questioned as to the basic care for the coral I wanted and was given the same information that I found on the internet. I then purchased the coral at this other store and at about two-thirds of the cost of Something Fishy and my new coral is thriving. I think there is something fishy going on there and it's not with the fish.

Overpriced and small selection of fish and dry goods. Has a large variety of corals but their prices makes it unaffordable for the average cosumer. With so many aquariums that stock marine inverts you would think their prices would be more competitive.

My experiences with Something fishy have been nothing less then perfect. Each visit I am greeted with a knowledgeable and courteous staff member in an extremely professional and consistent atmosphere. They have led me in the right direction regarding my saltwater aquarium after I have been through many road blocks and poor advice from many other local vendors. I am always provided with honest information and advice. Having done my own extensive research coupled with the expertise of somethingfishy, I now am enjoying my long time dream of a saltwater aquarium. They are the best establishment bar none when seeking an extensive aquarium. They are and will always be my source for my aquarium needs and information. Thanks to all of the staff!

We just left Something Fishy and they have some really cool stingrays! The new display was called stingray way. You shold take a look. They also have added a new coral seclection and other goods for Reef tanks. I have a 280 gallon reef tank and The Fish Guys at Something Fishy were really helpful.
