The location and the owners and the others that you meet at the marina are all geered for relaxation and fun.
The location on the pond, with acess through the Breachway, provide the best of both worlds for water activities. You can water ski, etc. on the pond or take a trip to Block Island. Watch the many activities of others as they parasail or clam.
The Lavins are the penultimate hosts. They are very familiar with the waters, the area and provide ready assistance to all who use the marina. It is well appointed with ice, snacks, water and soda, and bait.
The enjoyment is up to you.
