Go there to really focus on health and fitness!
First off, to the person who whined about not being 'allowed' to eat a candy bar, really? That's silly. Also, you're allowed to eat whatever you want off grounds, but people go there to completely be surrounded in a place focused on personal health and well-being, and learning to eat better. I'm not really sure how people could be hungry here, either. I was rarely ever hungry unless I worked out particularly hard that day, and you are allowed extra protein at meals if you really think you need it, you just need to talk to Robyn(the nutritionist) about it. Not sure how the rooms were 'dirty', mine during my stay was perfect the whole time, and no, they aren't huge, but it's not a hotel, is it?
I spent one month there in 2008 and flat out, it was the most amazing experience of my life. Amazing trainers, nutritionists, therapists, everything. Yes, people go to lose weight, but you gain SO much more, being some place to feel accepted and unjudged, and go there READY to work your but off and ready to give your 100% effort to do nothing but focus on becoming a healthier person without dieting all the time.
While I /want/ to give the value a 5/5, it is expensive, but it is worth it. None the less, I know that price is a major thing for well, just about everyone, so I have to be honest on that front.
