Algonkian Regional Park, Sterling

I like Peaceful, quiet and a great view of the lake! Dislike Leaving! I just couldn't believe the experience I had. It was just wonderful. The best weekend I have ever had. Can't wait until we do it again!

We liked the quiet surroundings, the river, the deck and walking trails. We did not like the fact that the windows and glass doors of our cabin #3 looked out to the side of the next cabin instead of to the river. Also, do not plan on doing much cooking in this cabin as there is no place to wash dishes. This is the most inconvenient kitchen arrangement I have ever seen. The coffee pot is in the utility closet. One room is dedicated to a jacuzzi which we did not use. Upper shelves in bathroom were very dirty,we had to call maintenance to fix the toilet, and the hall light was out. Didn't feel this was a good value ($145) for two people considering the negatives.
