Gelateria dei Neri, Florence

The gelato was fantastic, but the people here were even better. The proprietor and staff became fast friends, and it seemed like our feet just naturally turned down this street, night after night. Don't miss it!

I lived right next to Gelateria dei Neri for five months while studying abroad. It is the most amazing gelato you will have. Everyone was jealous of our apartment location because of it. Antonio is also the nicest man, he serves well over what you pay for and is always good for conversation. GO HERE! IT IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I can't even tell you what my favorite flavor is because they are all THAT GOOD!

this is the best gelateria in town, the prices are more than competitive, the quality is always amazing and fresh, the flavors always change (you never know what all will be there from day to day). they make gelato with fresh seasonal fruit, their granite is fresh squeezed fruit slush or try menta (mint) which tastes like spearmint, and also try chocolate granite with cream on top! my favorite flavor is ciocolato messico (mexican chocolate) which has real cocoa and cili peppers! it is SPICY! tastes like mexican cocoa!

We searched all over Florence for the best gelato with a resonance price. we found it! This place has a variety of amazing flavors and the server is very nice!

I stayed in Florence for a month and literally went almost every day. Their cookies and cream and strawberry shortcake flavor are unbelievable! As well as the caramella mou and the nutella flavor. Their granita's are also amazing. Especially the grapefruit flavor! Definitely go if you are in Florence!

We only had a week in beautiful Florence we found this Gelateria on the first night we tried something different every night it never disappointed,always fresh caramel was my favorite.

I highly recommend Gelaateria dei Neri. We stopped in about 5p after an afternoon at the Ufizzi, on our way home. The selection was excellent, the presentation was too. And the taste: the best I found in Firenze.
