Ocean Retreat Day Spa & Hair Studio

This was my third annual visit to the Ocean Retreat. The location is poor, next to the Dollar General. I tried to overlook that. This year, I asked for an hour facial and massage. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 10 am appointment. I gave the receptionist my name (she was on the phone). A half hour later, I still had not been spoken to. So I went back to the desk and explained that I needed to cut back my massage to 30 minutes (from an hour). A lady (who I found out later was the owner) said OK. I saw the receptionist after my facial and reminded her that I needed to shorten the massage. She said "I heard you at the desk". When I finished my 30 minutes massage, I was told at the desk that I could not reduce the time to 30 minutes and had to pay for the complete hour. I spoke to the owner later and she would not budge. I'm trying the Bellmoor next year. I am disputing the charge with my credit card company and will never go back there!!
