Does anyone WORK there?
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/26/08
I've called this place five times and have never gotten a call back. I tried to stop by at their location during business hours but found it closed. Does anyone WORK there? I'd love to get a Dr. Hauschka facial but it's hard to review a place that doesn't seem interested in customers.

Disappointed
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/18/08
I was looking for a place to get a series of facials before my wedding. After a lot of research I choice the Soapdish b/c of the products that they carry. I called to make an appointment and called and called and called. No one would call me back. I stopped by there to make an appointment and pick up some products. After standing there for 10 mins the owner finally stopped chatting with her friend to provide me with some service. They did not have in stock any of the products that I was interested in and after telling her that I had been calling and had not heard back from anybody, she just made up an excuse. She didn't even apologize, but did say that she would have the products I wanted in shortly. A week before my facial I had to call and cancel. I tried to call to r/s and got the same response, no response. I decided to go else where for a facial, but still wanted to buy products from them considering they are the only place in Vermont that sells them. I stopped by two more times and each time they did not have the products in stock and I was promised that if I came back again they would be in stock. They never were. They were also closed during business hours when I tried to stop by a couple of times. No note on the door, nothing. I finally gave up and ordered the products online. I have no idea what is going on, but I find it amazing that they have not gone out of business. That is no way to treat customers.

It was a great experience!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/07/06
The products are all of the highest quality, the prices are very reasonable, the enviornment is clean and organized, the staff is more than helpful and knowledgable, and I have recommended this store to all of my friends. The majority of the lines that are sold can't be found anywhere else in Vermont, such as: Dr Haushka, Phyto, and Creed. Numerous lines found in Soapdish are made in Vermont by Vermonters, which makes me love supporting their business even more. I am adicteed to this store; you have to visit it! Trust me, you'll love it too!

SoapDish Spa
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/03/06
SoapDish Spa Staff a bit dull. Not very energetic in personality department. Service and facial spa treatments great, but some how lack of staff personality makes me uncomfortable.

Tons of great products
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/01/06
They have a lot of hard to find products. The store seems like it belongs in a bigger city. I thought that the staff was really friendly and knowlegable. We will defintely return on our next trip to Vermont.

too much stuff
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/30/05
I thought the atmosphere was boring and dull. Some of the brands are good but overall I felt overwhelmed with product and did not have the best customer service.
