Friday feb 5th - Sunday feb 7th Flight JFK - LAS- ACK We were finished with packing 5 min after our car service arrived to pick us up to the airport. What can i say, packing has never been our talent. 6 hrs to LA. Highlights of the flight: paparazzi in Los Angeles airport. 14 hrs to NZ by Qantas airline was surprisingly much easier. Our first 2 floor airplane, amazing meal, TV for each sit (with movies on demand and video games) and they even provide one time use toothbrush and toothpaste for each passenger. Air on Qantas has been purchased. Need to get IHA card. Make reservations. Greyhound, etc. LAX (overnight)-SYD then on to Brisbane (BNE). Hope to take Traveltrain in Queensland. Arrive BNE Aug. 7. Pre-trip News--I was disappointed to learn that I will NOT be able to upload photos from my brand new camera DIRECTLY to this website---SOOO I guess you all will have to wait to see my images from vacation. Once I can figure out how to do this I will start adding my own photos. I am almost all packed. A few more trips to stores to pick up stuff I forgot and then I am heading out in 2 days. Show Less
