An impressive glowing "Altitude Chef's Table" is the centerpiece of this ultra-hip eatery. The cuisine is European/Pan-Asian, the scene is see-and-be-seen. A locale favored mostly by ex-pats, the bartender makes a killer Singapore Sling cocktail. Although not much can be said about the food, it is an entertaining place to wine, dine, and become part of the scenery.
The place is awesome.
The ambience is great especially at night with the dim lights and the surroundings.
The band there is fantastic, the music, the vocals,it makes the experience there unforgettable.
Its a nice place to have a couple of drinks with a group of friends or to dine in.
The service is great the waiter n waitress gives a warm welcome and a lasting impression.
Indochine' cuisine is full of MSG with the exception of a few fresh ingredients. Nothing Neutriceutical, a stylized phrase coined by Owner Mike Ma. Overall experience poor, I do not know if the Chef was having a bad day. service like most IndoChine outlets is substandard.
