Kozue, Tokyo

If you are after breathtaking views, mind-blowing service, artistic (and tasty!) cuisine, and world class presentation, then Kozue is the restaurant for you. I was staying at the Park Hyatt (before the movie appeared) and loved everything about it. And Kozue was the place I ate at. Now, every time I return to Japan, I go to Kozue. Highlights: The waitresses dress in traditional kimonos. Views of the universe. Original cups/plates/etc. changed every few minutes. These were designed by the chef and are all original pieces of art. The staff makes you feel comfortable and welcome, and the food is not only delicious, but also works of art in its own right. If you're in Japan, don't miss out on this incredible dining experience.
