Bath Area Play Project is a local voluntary organization that sets up shop in a dozen residential areas during those long summer holidays and offers a diverse range of activities for school age children. Arts and crafts, five-a-side football and team games take place, often outside if the weather permits. The children are well supervised in a stimulating environment, where they can make new friends, leaving their parents to do the Georgian stuff in peace. BAPP also offers advice on play related issues, and run an after school club during term time.
