Enviro Safe Pest Control really gets the job done and they are professional, on-time, and very knowledgeable. I had a rodent problem and they helped me to not only clean it up, get rid of the critters, but to understand what I could do to help prevent them from returning. I highly recommend this company!
When I had a problem serviceman said just spray the leaves aroud the windows with water. He never looked at the areas (which have NO LEAVES). When my wife called about the bugs nobody ever called back. When she called to cancel the rep was extremely rude to her. WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!
We have been very happy with EnviroSafe Pest Control since the beginning. We have 5 small dogs, including 2 little puppies, and have never had a problem with them getting sick or getting out of the yard. Since they never have to enter the house to treat it I don't have to be home; which is so convenient. We almost never see bugs anymore! The one time there was a misunderstanding the employee I dealt with (Vel) was kind, courteous and professional and was able to solve the problem quickly. The office staff and the technicians are very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The products are safe for both children and pets, and because the service is done outside and every other month, it is definitely safe for the environment! I strongly recommend Enviro Safe Pest Control for anyone with any type of pest problem.
I would highly recommend this company. They are reliable, courteous and conscientious. They always come when they say they're going to come, they are always on time, and they always call to remind us that they are coming. We have had very few bugs since this service started, but on the one occasion when I did have a problem with a scorpion (my least favourite bug) they came and helped me out almost immediately. They are aware of pet safety and my dog has been absolutely fine after the house has been treated. Ref. 2593
We have lived in the Vegas Valley for over 15 years, we have used numerous pest control services. Its nice to see a pest control company whos continued service has out done all previous pest control companies. When we moved into our current home we had an ant problem around the swimming pool. Eddie our technician came out sparyed and laid bait, he told us to give it a couple of days and the pesty ants would go away, within a few days our ant problem was sloved.We have not had a ant problem since :) Being in the service industry it is nice to see a company that excels in customer service!! We've been using Enviro-Safe Pet Control for about a year. We are extremely happy with the service, rates, professionalism and most of all, our service man, Eddie. He arrives on time, is always courteous and is happy to work with us on our special circumstances. Eddie is amazing and is totally customer service focused. I joked with the manager that even if we didn't like them (which we do), we'd say with Enviro-Safe because of Eddie. Thank you Enviro-Safe and Eddie, for keeping us pest-free.
Rude, Obnoxious, Unprofessional, and Completely Unconcerned with Customer Satisfaction. The Enviro Safe sales guy is considerate, knowledgeable and friendly—though he clearly is working the sale hard. The Enviro Safe technician was considerate and competent. The Enviro Safe management, however, is another story altogether. Many promises and assertions were made in an effort to get me to sign the yearlong contract. The contract clearly states, “While on a continual service, in the event that any targeted pests reappear on the interior or exterior of the structure, upon your request to us we will re-treat the interior or exterior of the home at no charge, providing the proper preparations have been made.” The problem is that once I signed the contract and my initial service was completed, getting them to return and re-treat was like pulling teeth. The ant problem I initially called about got substantially worse after my first treatment. When I finally was able to get them to retreat, the ants went away for a day or two and then returned EVEN worse. When I called again for service, they scheduled a 6:00 am service call and then no-showed. I left two voice mail messages looking for help. A manager calls me back the next day yelling at me and telling me “You can’t blow smoke up my skirt, I am not that kind of guy! We will not rid your home of insects on your terms, we will only do it on our terms!” He refused to give me his name; he refused to listen to anything I had to say. He was rude, condescending, and unconcerned. He kept shouting at me that I had to accept their terms. Their terms being the statement from their contract quoted above and that you should wait 7-10 days from treatment to see results. This extremely rude manager was shouting at me 13 days after the initial failed treatment, and nine days after the subsequent failed treatment. They then hung-up on me several times when I called back looking for a competent supervisor. This experience was the single worst customer service experience that I have had in 44 years of life. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
