Sunshine River Tours, Homosassa

Since this forum has been used by Trident Pontoons to say I am unstable I would like to respond to that accusation. The bottom lone is I gave Robbie Cunningham the owner of Trident Florida Trading Company LLC $80,000.00 for a boat that was to be built over 6 months. This boat project was never even started, He has sold the same blank hull to a lot of others and ripped off others to the tune of 1 million dollars and I have the proof and names of others ripped off by this con.

Captain Mike of Sunshine River Tours Under Court Orders due to harrassment of VICTIM Trident Pontoon Captain Mike is a man who could not fulfill his contract to fully pay for the custom boat that he ordered so he wanted his money back. It is like building part of a house and then telling the builder that not only are you out of money but you want what you have spent back. Builders can not operate that way. So, Capt. Mike has gone to court. It was dismissed. That didn't satisfy Captain Mike so he sent 20 faxes a day to the office, called the office as well as Mr. Cunningham's house at least 20 to 40 times a day. The Lake County Courts have charged Mike and he is now under the supervision of the court. Mike is unstable and has threatened Mr. Cunningham's wife and child on so many occassions that the police and courts have had to step in. I would be very, very hesitant to take any boat tour with Sunshine River Tours. Mike is not dealing with the real world. We recently went on a manatee snorkel tour with Capt. Mike's shop and had a great time. I found this to be an efficient, well run operation. Our captain, Jack, was knowledgeable and told us all about mantees on the way to the site. We had a lot of time in the water with the manatees and hot chocolate when we got back on the boat. An awesome experience.
