Booze Cruise Co. Ltd, Nassau

They pick us up at on the beach of our hotel (Breezes) and they also picked up some other people along the way to the snorkeling site. The main problem I had with the trip was that they had us waiting at the last pick site between 30 to 45 minutes while the "owner" counted all the money and finally got off the boat. The snorkeling was OK; however it wasn't at a coral reef as they had originally advised us. The dancing and drinking at the end was the best and the trip allowed us to meet a lot of great people.

What a scam they have going with this joke of an excursion. like someone else stated they bring you to a rocky area near the shoreline for snorkelling and then throw some scraps in the water to attract fish. The equipment they give you is old, no fins, and there is no "coral reef" as stated in their brochure. The "beautiful beach" they bring you to is so small it's ridiculous. You couldn't even swim there. The rum was the cheapest imaginable and the lunch was horrible. Then they cruise around with loud blaring music for the rest of the time. That part of the trip was okay but my wife's camera was stolen during this trip and I think some of the workers were "casing the joint" as they danced around and partied with guests. Definitely steer clear of this one!

I've been going to Atlantis at least twice a year for the past few years with a timeshare, and I came back with friends this past week. There is so much to do at Atlantis, but it starts to feel a bit like Disney world. ($23.00 for two frozen drinks on the beach?!) Anyway - for a dose of something different, I bought two tickets ($120) and took my friend on the Booze Cruise. A four hour cruise with some fun-lovin' Bahamian dudes -- with a mediocre lunch, strong drinks, and a bit of snorkeling. It's all mediocre, but we would have spent about the same sitting on the beach drinking frozen drinks at Atlantis. (And we got tipsy, danced, and made friends on the booze cruise.) I recommend it. Don't expect too much, and try to drink whatever they give you. :) And give Slick Rick and Leo some love!

I LOVED the booze cruise..... even though I do not snorkel and am not a heavy drinker, I had a wonderful time on the booze cruise. I liked how they advised people who were not good swimmers to not snorkel that day because of the choppy waters. The ribs and chicken were divine and plentiful....the drinks were strong and tasty. The beach part was loads of fun also. I SURVIVED THE BOOZE CRUISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To all I normally don't give reviews but here it is. We were approached on the beach with nice flyer. promises of all you can eat food , snorkeling and party with free drinks. Here are some facts they picked us up at 12:00 PM drive about 5 minutes to beach where they inform you "btw" on your return you have to walk back to your hotel. "They forget to tell you this when selling you" okay if your going to snorkel you can't drink, so when asking DJ Leo, He tells you in 30 minutes you will be there, Not sure what sort of time tracking is done but we did not get the snorkeling site until 2:00 PM (Half of the trip ) Yes, it takes two hours to pickup up all the guest and head out. I fail to understand the point selling you glass bottom boat, no glass bottom so complete "lie" , They take you to spot near rocks where the water is choppy so visibility is poor / no fins give equipment is falling apart and " "Barely "any fish not worth getting into the water. One would think why go near rocks as the water will certainly be choppy but whatever I guess. You move on to beach perhaps this makes sense to others, you can't drink to snorkel but on the beach seconds after you get off they are putting you on jet ski ...anyhow watch the time they sell you 30 Min for $50, If you don't pay attention they will get you in 15 minutes , they are expecting you to be drunk and unable to keep time. The beach is nothing special , the drinks are made of cheap rums , made strong but be ready for the aftermath of cheap liquor. All you can eat "Complete Lie " you get Styrofoam container with Rib "tip" , a Chicken , RIce and corn. IF you go snorkeling like we did well you never see rice. The food is cold and unless you head is spinning, Reflection kicks in at this point & it is pretty obvious you been had. The ride back , is where you try to make the most of it. I think most people with do this as what can you do , forget about a refund. The DJ Leo and DJ are two obnoxious people overall they try but there entertainment skills are sinfully poor " music is good but " a cd can be of great use to these guys. There is camera guy on board , who takes decent pictures but be ready to dish out $10 a picture. 5x7 no frame. As you will soon learn everything in the hotels is extremely expensive, please save you money towards something worth wile this booze cruise is not worth the $10 pp deposit . My family and I have done a few of these , Mexico , Dominican Republic and etc. This was by far the worst of them all. Do what you will but you have been warned.

me, my sister and my best friend had a blast on the booze cruise. There was plenty of dancing, drinking and drunks. The snorkling wasnt exciting, nor was the island adventure. We basically sat around and took picture while on gilligan's island. However, the boat ride, the staff, the food and the drinks was off the chain. We went on the booze cruise twice in one week.

highly recommended for party people of all ages...starts off with snorkeling, followed by a bbq lunch. throw your bbq bones in the ocean and watch the fish thru the clear water flock for it. amazing.!! drinks are plentiful, and all inclusive too. the staff is very friendly and the d j rocks--slick rick will have you up on your feet for the next 2hours. it's well worth it and it's a great way to party.

The staff is the coolest and they get you in the right mood. They had great music and games. If you want to party and have fun...this is something to do. There's a snorkeling stop too...

Everyone is very nice, snorkling was awesome,beach time was too short, food was good,drinks were strong, and the DJ is the life of the party! Dj Slick Rick is incredible!!

had the time of my life on the booze cruise.Met a lot of people on the cruise.First I was hesitate to go on it,but I'm glad I went on it.Can't wait to go back on it when I come back to the Bahamas.Never a dull moment.The host were excellent and fun.It's a 10+ for me.
