Lucayan National Park, Freeport City

The guided kayaking and hiking tour was educational as well beautiful. I recommend highly that anyone visiting this area, take the tour.

Went here the other day. We did a kayaking tour through the mangroves and then the nature walk tour. The kayaking tour was my favorite part. I would recommend the guided walking tour also. We saw many animals and got a lot of information we would not have gotten otherwise. The beach is the most beautiful I have ever seen in my life, white sand, no trash, crystal clear water, and not another soul in any direction.

My wife and I drove out here on a rented scooter. We brought our lunch, which was a good idea. We didn't go on a tour group, and I'm glad we didn't. The beach is just so awesome and private! I liked the caves too, but they are really meant for the divers guided tours.

This is a beautiful beach that I think goes un-noticed. The last two times we visited you have to use the walkway through the marsh and trees. Not a great walk for someone unsteady on their feet but for others, it's beautiful. It's a must to see!!!

This place is only good for their beach scenery, and a good hike around the area. Not very safe for children because the walkway is in poor condition.

The caves weren't worth writing home about but the beaches were absolutely beautiful. Stunning colors and you could walk really far out and still be only knee deep. Definitely worth the drive out.

This was a fun little trip. I also would not recommend going here on a tour group. Take a taxi or rent a car with your family or whoever you are with. Then you can really have a fun time. The beach is absolutely gorgeous. The caves are not all that amazing, but they are at least worth seeing while you are there, especially if you have kids. It is one of the best values on the island...everything else is pretty much a rip off.

This was the best trip of our vacation. Megan the tour guide was funny and a great voice for the bahamas. Megan also told us about the Wed. Fish Fry, how to get there via cab and what to pay, she was the only helpful person on the island. Other than her, we felt that most bahamians did not want us there or would rather be somewhere else. The kayaking was relaxing and nothing short of beautiful. The beach was great, clean. The caves are smaller then what you would think. The Island is flat and not much of a tropical feel. If that is what you are expecting then go to Hawaii. But this is a great trip for all ages.

A nice walk to get an exercise, otherwise though don't expect a whole lot. No wildlife, and alot of the pathways aren't really maintained very well. The caves were fine, but not really sure what the big deal was. The gold beach was definitely beautiful, that was worth it right there. They need to spend that $3/person and fix the area up to make it a bit more fun to see. If you have your own rental car, check it out for yourself. But don't waste your money on our tour, it isn't worth that much money.
