This was one of the best butterfly conservaories I have been to,better than the two on the carribean islands.. This was clean, alot of butterflies, the gardens and plants were superb!!!!! I have been here three different times and everytime was a great experience. I brought my children when they were little and I am very excited to bring my graddaughter here in july!!! I have nothing but grat memories of the whole place.

Quite nice but not worth the price
By N T, 7/8/08
I didn't liked this place very much. First, I thought the place would be packed-full of butterflies, they have some butterflies but not as much as I expected. One nice thing is butterflies sometimes get on you. Walk around the conservatory is over before you realize it.

Even my teenage boys were impressed
By LisaP, 7/7/08
This was our last stop before ending our 5 day vacation and was a wonderful way to end our trip. There was a short wait of about 15-20 minutes, but well worth it. From the first minute you walk into the conservatory the butterflies seem to come and greet you by flying around or landing on you. (I had a colorful quilted bag on my shoulder that they seemed to be particularly attracted to). I took alot of photos and was amazed at the subtle differences of each species. I learned a lot about butterflies as well. The floral and vegetation was equally as pleasing and was nicely landscaped to add to the overall garden-like feeling of the experience. I will be sure to go back a second time when I vacation there again in the future. I would definately recommend this to everyone of all ages. The price was reasonable too.

Butterflies Abound
A definite not to be missed place to visit. There are so, so many butterflies in the conservatory. In fact they are everywhere, including those landing on you and your fellow visitors. Don't forget your camera. People don't believe the beauty until the are able to see it. We did this as part of a bus tour and I do wish we had gone back or had more time there.

Stunning
By Carol, 6/18/07
Absolutely beautiful. Environment beautifully done. {Warm and humid} Some of the most exquisite butterflies you will ever see without traveling the countries and all in one place. Would recommend to see.

pricey
By Litzkan, 5/17/07
A wonderfull botanical garden nice tropical plants and a few nice butterflies, some will come and sit on your hand or shoulder the minus is you feel that you are hurried in and out and after the first 5 minutes you start wondering if it was the right price to pay for this.(I decided that it was but just for the first time-not worth it to go back) minus- they have only 4-6 species that they grow and only 2-3 of them teally nice it would be better to get more species and try to be less serious and 'green' and 'environmentally concerned boys and girls' wondering around in their funny boyscout uniforms all in all - one should go once but don't have too high expectations

Awsome!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/27/07
I had never visited a butterfly conservatory before, but it was a truly enjoyable experience. My husband, who does not usually enjoy things of this nature, was also surprised. There were so many varieties and sizes. I also enjoyed the plants and environment they had created.

Peaceful
By KimberlyR, 8/25/06
This place was fun. Took many great pictures of the butterflies on my hands. They land right on you! There was a very funny moment where 2 landed on a little boys face. They were doing some business on the kid and everyone was dying of laughter, as this poor kid was clueless on what was going on. Had a great time.

Outstanding..
By Jonathan, 8/13/06
I highly recommend this. Good for all ages, great for kids aged 6 and up. Informative and original. It takes a half day. There is maybe an hour queuing, but you can spend this time seeing the great display outside the main area, or walking the gardens, then an hour inside. A must see...
