NIGHTMARES Fear Factory, Niagara Falls

I have now gone to every haunted house in Niagara Falls and this was the best. Absolutely awesome, scared the hell out of me. The performers were creative with their psychological torment, the effects were first class, and I left high on adrenaline. Do not spend a dime with any of the other rip off houses, and go to Nightmares.

We visited Niagra falls from NY & some of the locals told us to go to Nightmares if we wanted "Really Scary" Having been to many "'haunts" in NY, my husband, myself, our 2 children, our friends & their 3 boys decided to venture in. Since we couldn't go in all together the 2 moms decided to take the two 11 year old boys & 13 year old boy in alone. Just walking through the door was frightening. There was no one there to bring you to the door so your fright started immediately with the fear of what might be behind the door. I actually felt that a real wolf was running alongside of us on the other side of the wall. It terrified me. The boys & my friend were hanging on my neck so tightly that I had to yell for them to stop choking me. I AM USUALLY "THE BRAVE ONE"! Not this time. I was so scared , I broke out in a sweat! If you are too afraid to go on you have to scream "NIGHTMARES" so you can get out. After being attacked by a guy with a chainsaw in a cage below my waist , having "saved"one of the boys who fell with fear on the floor, running alongside a'live wolf", being grabbed by someone to the left and then walking straight into a lowered ceiling corner with 4 friends literally hanging on my neck and grabbing at me because of their fear, I screamed "NIGHTMARES" and a little monster came to us out of nowhere with a little flashlight squaking like a chicken,who then escorted us to the exit where we were handed our "chicken cards". We only made it down the 1st hallway!! My friend and I felt feveish the entire night - THAT is how scared we were. They also allowed the kids to return with their dads as "the moms" waited in the hallway promising NEVER to even attempt that again. We still talk about it all the time. We will never forget it. DO NOT MISS THIS ONE if you can handle it!! Happy haunting!

I love haunted house and tend to be disappointed if there is no scare factor. I give nightmares rave reviews. My husband actually ducked behind me and had a deathgrip on my shoulders and kept pushing me into walls trying to get out (he is not a big fan of haunted houses). This was so good I actually had to sit on the bench outside for a few moments to gather my breath.

I went through Nitemares Fear Factory by myself because my wife was too chicken. Wow! Scarey! My wife could hear my yelling - they pipe the sound from the attraction to the lobby - so we both had a scream. Mine was fear and her's was laughter. Great fun! The best one in Niagara Falls.

Took my two children, 10 and 13, into this. Very scary but fun. Involves walking thru pitch black halways in an attempt to follow a series of small red lights. Don't want to say anymore, but this was great. Doesn't involve "live" actors, which was a huge plus for the kids. If you do only one haunted house, do this one!
