Absolutely loved this store & all the Native art it has to offer. The owner/artist is most helpful. I bought a beautiful carved walking cane & it really is a work of art; the top of cane is a turtle & the shaft contains a butterfly, hummingbird & flowers. Each symbol respresents someting meaningful in Native culture. I just love it & am very proud to use it! And the owner was right....it is just a speck too long for my height. I should have taken his advice & allowed him to shorten it slightly. Might drop in sometime with my cane so he can do just that. :)
while driving around with my family,we stopped in here and were pleasently suprised to meet mr Frank Kim. He showed us his tribal art and it is amazing. Before he would let us purchase anything he made sure we understood what the artwork symbolized. He seems to be a master craftsman, and is very proud of his heritage and enjoys sharing it with others. This was definatly a highlight of our trip, and we would highly recomend this for everyone, young and old.
