Mama Mia's Restaurant, Niagara Falls

They do not make their own pizza dough. The bread is like rubber and the caesar salad was wilted and emerced in dressing. Would never recommend their food.

Horrible Service. . . Worse Food. . . Our waiter spilled runny, watery sauce in my lap and couldn't walk away fast enough so as not to get told off. . . The food is deliodious if you like Cold-War Era canned goods. . . Don't waste your time, when there are literally hundreds of restaurants around that actually want your business. . .

Best place on earth? Must be a Martian... wonder if you try Burger King on the other side...

One of the best one earth...great atmosphere...how can you not love boing here?

Being short staff in a restaurant is nothing new (I worked as a server during college)… But this place is really horrible. Not that it is slow (good food is worth the wait) but it's the attitude of the entire staff. It seems that they don't want to be bothered… the food sucks… we should have just gone to Burger King and probably got a better meal and service…

Food is canned garbage...service is terrible...price is funnier than the musical...wish i went to Wendy's..more nutrition in a Baconater than the garbage they serve... the only deal was our disoriented waitress forgot to charge us for their overpriced wine...yippee!

We were staying at the Embassy Suites and after a very high priced dinner at The Keg, the next night we decided on Italian. The ad in the phone book said that it was a reader's choice award. I called and was told that it was 2 blocks behind our hotel so we walked... it was 2 miles! When we told the hostess, she said that was a shame. When we were finally seated upstairs, it was hot and the hostess literally threw the menu's on the table. Then we watched in horror as the hostess was setting up a table behind us and dropped the knife on the floor and picked it up and put it on the table. Our waitress, named Randi was quite likely the worst we've encountered in 35 years of travel. We had to ask another waitress for some ice tea (and the ice was melting). When confronted about the lack of service to our table, (Randi never even did a table check), she said she was too busy (we just saw her spending her time in the kitchen). We discussed with the manager who also didn't care. Randi received written tips instead of monetary. The food was not bad, but a salad did not come with dinner (Italian food w/o salad???) - unless Randi just never bothered to bring it to our table. We had to ask for bread and got a small basket with melted butter, and since we could never get Randi's attention we only got the one basket that was never refilled. As for the management - a poorly run establishment.

We had a unpleasant experience at Mama Mia's. The slow service and rude staff led us to walk out before ordering and eating elsewhere. Not recommended.
